About Sang Shin company:
Qingdao Sang Shin heating equipment co.,ltd is a Korean financed enterprise. It belongs to Sang Shin co.ltd which was set up in 1987 and specialized in producing earth heating water distributor and global valve. It applied itself to the development of homely earth heating pipe system for years. It¡¯s main products-earth heating water distributor takes 60% of Korean market. Sang Shin mutil-rooms automatic temperature control system makes humanization and intelligentization of earth heating system come true. It is spoken highly and canonized a lot in Korea. Recent years we found there are some counterfeit products in the name of ¡°Sang Shin¡± selling in China, in order to maintain Sang Shin¡¯s image and bring our customer the real good products, Sang Shin sets up a branch in qingdao. As a manufacturer, Sang Shin will not sell goods directly to customers, we are willing to build long and friendly business relationship with competitive dealers to promote our products and share the profit.
Conditions to be dealers or agent for Sang Shin:
1¡¢Must have independent corporation qualification
2¡¢Must have certain influence and good reputation in this field
3¡¢Have professional staff for installment and service
4¡¢Accept and obey the sales channel policies and the items of the related agreement of qingdao heating equipment co.,ltd
Setup of channels:
Qingdao heating equipment co.ltd will not face the customers (including the consumer) directly. All the products will be sold through the contracted dealer. According to the dealer¡¯s market development ability and sales characteristic, we divide the sales channel into provincial dealer, town level dealer, dealers engaged by special arrangement.
1¡¢Provincial retailer
It is required to have good relationship with all realty developers in its own province and can develop dealers in cities and finish no less than one influencial former project. It is also required to be able to manage and test its dealers. It should finish its own sales target, if there is no qualified provincial retailer, its function will be carried out by Sang Shin company with a period of one year. If it can not pass the test, the dealer will be degraded until cancel its qualification. In principle, we will not set exclusive provincial retailer, but there will be no more than 3 retailers in one province.
2¡¢Town level agent
It is required to have good relationship with all realty developers in its own province or have good sales base with ability of developing market. If the dealer also has good sale base or relations with other realty developers in other cities according to Sang Shin¡¯s research, Sang Shin can accredit multi-area agent. When its turnover reaches a certain amount, and its sales network is improved, the dealer can apply to be provincial retailer and enjoy the policy for provincial retailer. Town level dealer will be picked by provincial retailers but must be tested and documented by Sang Shin. It can have the license only after the agreement signed by 3 parties. Sang Shin will provide agent certificate. In principle, we will not set exclusive retailer in one city, but there will be no more than 3 retailers.  
3¡¢Dealers engaged by special arrangement.
Dealers engaged by special arrangement is the junior seller developed by retailer or agent. After the confirmation of valid retailer through research (means it has successful cases or has Sang Shin products or ad in its managing location), its upper retailer will be responsible for daily support and management. Sang Shin can provide agent certificate and it can enjoy Sang Shin¡¯s related policy. For example, EasyRoom mutil-rooms automatic temperature control system can be used as its model for companies which is specialized in the installment of homely earth heating to occupy the end market.
